Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations by Participants

1.1. You may cancel your registration for a paid webinar or training session up to 24 hours before the scheduled session by contacting us at info@pralayasimha.in

1.2. If you cancel within the eligible time, you may choose either:

A full refund, or

A credit transfer to a future session of equal value.
1.3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are not eligible for a refund, as seat and resource allocations are finalized.

2. Non-Attendance or Late Joiners

2.1. If you do not attend a live session or join late, the session fee is non-refundable.
2.2. In some cases, a recording or re-attendance option may be offered at our discretion.

3. Cancellations by Us

3.1. In the unlikely event that we cancel or reschedule a webinar due to technical or instructor-related issues, all registered participants will be offered:

A full refund, or

A rescheduled session at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Approved refunds will be initiated to your original payment method (as processed via Stripe).
4.2. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
4.3. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
4.4. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been successfully processed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

Completed or partially attended sessions.

Instant-access digital materials, downloads, or recordings once shared.

Courses or webinars offered under promotional or discounted bundles.
